Divorce...

No matter the stage of your divorced...as long as you have children of any age you will have contact with your ex. How you deal with it of course depends upon you... my advice you must always be polite and avoid DRAMA. As a dear friend has told me "life is messy" So just do not make it more messy - keep your cool!

The Easter season is here!

Sunday April 12 was Easter Sunday so for the next 50 days in this Easter season take some time for yourself; reflect upon new beginning, focus on letting go of the regret and anger, forgive yourself and you will be able to help your children understand the importance of forgiveness. Forgiving does not mean forgetting - it just mean letting go of the anger and moving forward.................

Pets.............

Pets can be great for kids and us parents too!! For our kids it can a good way to teach responsibility by taking care of a pet...but sometimes our pets have accidents.
